Official invitation from the European Commission for the participation of Spiros Mourelatos, President of Ecodevelopment in a high level conference

On 19-20 February at the Charlemagne Building, Brussels, the European Commission is organising a high-level conference on “Research perspectives on the health impacts of climate change”. The speech of Mr Spiros Mourelatos is part of Theme 1 “Short and long-term impacts of climate change”, Parallel Session 2 “Climate change and infectious diseases” and is entitled “Strategies for tackling vector-borne diseases”.
The moderator of Parallel Session 2 is Jonathan Suk on behalf of the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) and the other speakers-panelists are:

  • Joacim Rocklov, University of Heidelberg
  • Richard Allan, The Mentor Initiative (NGO)
